The great reunion
This post is dedicated to my dear friend Miri, therefore this post is written in English.
After, what felt for me like 10 years (but it was actually about one year), we finally saw Miriam again two weeks ago. She called on Friday to set a date, but as usually we both had a lot of appointments, so Mirjam decided to make a "Brunch" on Sunday.I immediately called Deniz and Sabi and told them to come, of course they were a little bit astonished that our Miri is back so soon, but they really looked forward to seeing her. We brought a lot to eat, I brought a basket of muffins and Sabi did her famous raspberry tiramisu. Miri herself made a cake with red jelly (her father liked to call it "Blutkuchen" but it tasted very very good). Of course she had to tell us everything about Hannahs wedding and she even showed us some pictures. It was great.
Last Friday we all went to play bowling. Of course both men won (John and Timo) but it was so much fun, it didn't matter to us girls.
I hope Miri will have a beautiful wedding and I can't wait to see her again on christmas.
